We collect as little as we can, use it only to run the shop, and never sell it.
Who's responsible

What we collect, and why

What we don't do
- No ads, tracking pixels or cookies on this site. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and doesn't identify you
- No analytics of any kind on the free journal importer page
- No selling or renting your data
- No collecting your trades: our tools run on your own devices and don't send your data to us
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the shop:
- Checkout provider (Payhip) and its payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal) to take payment and deliver downloads. Card details go to them, never to us.
- Email provider (Google Workspace Gmail) for support email.
- Website host (Cloudflare Pages) to host this site.
- Visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., USA) for the aggregate visit counts described above.
Some of these providers are in the United States, so your data may be processed there under their safeguards. We'll also disclose data if the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing support@sourcedtrading.com. Depending on where you live (for example under the UK or EU GDPR or California law), you may also complain to your data-protection authority. We may need to keep order records that tax law requires.
Risk Ruler browser extension
Risk Ruler collects no personal or financial data. The numbers entered into it (account size, risk, prices, fees, leverage), plus any saved presets and history, are stored only on the device with Chrome's local storage. The publisher cannot see them, and they can be deleted at any time by clearing them in the extension or removing it. The extension makes no network requests (its Content-Security-Policy blocks them), has no host permissions or content scripts, cannot read web pages or browsing history, and never connects to an exchange or places trades. Its only permissions are storage and sidePanel. Use of any information follows the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. If paid upgrades are added later, this section and the store listing will be updated before that version ships.
Children
Our products aren't intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and its date. We added cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) on 19 October 2026, and marketing emails for cost check sign-ups on 24 October 2026. Your sign-up details are never sold, and you can ask for them to be deleted at any time by emailing support@sourcedtrading.com.
