Refund policy
If a product isn't right for you, you can have your money back within 14 days. No questions asked.
The short version
- Email support@sourcedtrading.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number.
- You'll get a full refund to your original payment method. You don't need to give a reason.
- We aim to process refunds within 3 business days. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
Details
What's covered
Every product sold on this site, including Team licences and bundles. A bundle is refunded in full; we don't refund parts of a bundle separately.
After 14 days
Refunds after 14 days are at our discretion. If a product doesn't work as described and we can't fix it, we'll refund you whenever you report it.
When a refund is issued
Your licence for that product ends. Please delete your copies. Download links and any licence keys are deactivated.
Fair use
Because digital products can't be returned, we may decline refunds where there's a clear pattern of abuse, such as repeated buy-and-refund of the same product or a refund requested after redistributing the product.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. A refund is quicker for you and for us.
Your legal rights
This policy is in addition to any rights you have under the law where you live, such as consumer rights in the UK and EU. It doesn't reduce them.
Payment provider
Payments are processed by our checkout provider (Payhip), which may act as merchant of record. Refunds are issued through that provider.
