Template 18. EMA pullback with a higher-timeframe filter that doesn't leak future data. Example
pinecheck. The offline checker flags v5 syntax, removed parameters and a future leak in an AI draft. Example
Prompt library. Copy-paste prompts, such as writing from a spec or converting v5 code. Example
Common AI mistakes. Repainting and future leaks, each with the fix and its checker rule. Example
AI can write Pine Script, but it often writes the wrong version, repaints or quietly peeks at future data in a backtest. This kit teaches you to build your own TradingView indicators and strategies with AI, and to check that what it wrote is sound.
What's included in version 1.0
- An AI skill file for ChatGPT, Claude and Grok that makes the assistant plan first, write v6 only, avoid repainting, use realistic strategy settings and finish with a verification checklist, plus setup guides and a prompt library
- 42 common AI mistakes in Pine, each with the wrong code, the right code and why
- An offline checker (pinecheck): a dependency-free Python script with 52 rules for v6 errors, repainting patterns and those AI mistakes
- A v6 cheat sheet in 19 sections, each linked to TradingView\'s official documentation
- 26 open-source templates (MPL-2.0): 15 indicators (such as a risk position sizer, ATR trailing stop, session VWAP bands and an alert JSON emitter that matches the n8n pack), 8 strategies with risk-based sizing and realistic commission and slippage, 2 libraries and a “repaint lab”
- A mini-course outline with video and lesson scripts, and a guide to TradingView\'s 1 November 2026 Marketplace change
- A spec, script and test checklist so you can check AI output before you trust it. Every script was compiled in TradingView\'s Pine Editor on 19 Oct 2026 and passes the kit\'s offline test suites. The strategies\' performance wasn\'t assessed
What it won't do
- Sell you a strategy or claim one is profitable. No backtest results are shown, because backtests are hypothetical and easy to overfit
- Give invite-only script access. Everything is source code you own and paste into your own editor
- Use code copied from other authors. Every template is original
Known requirements. The opening-range strategy needs a chart of 15 minutes or less. The anchored VWAP asks you to click a bar for its anchor when you add it. The correlation table reads best on 1D when you mix crypto with stocks or indices. TradingView webhook alerts need a paid TradingView plan.
